Intro to Critical Thinking

This course is hosted by the Western Regional Counterdrug Training Center.

These six techniques will improve the ability of criminal analysts to analyze information and produce intelligence or evidence in a thorough and systematic manner. These structured techniques externalize the analytic reasoning process and this makes it easier for analysts to describe their reasoning process to others; to work in analytic teams; and to give briefs or write reports. The majority of this course will be spent working through different exercises using these techniques in teams. The course is 8 hours long and there are no pre-requisites.
