SWAT Team Leader

This course is hosted by the Poulsbo Police Department.

The team leader course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to effectively lead officers on high-risk missions. We cover everything from setting standards, selection & training of personnel, & combat leadership and mindset. The class will teach you how to plan, coordinate and lead on a variety of missions. We use numerous tabletop exercises to drive the lessons learned home for warrant service, barricaded subjects, and hostage incidents. This class is appropriate for any officer or supervisor who is in a position to lead officers during high-risk operations.
