Tactical Social Interaction

This course is hosted by Spokane County Sheriff's Office.

The student-centered and highly facilitative 40-hour Tactical Social Interaction® Train-the-Trainer program is research-based and is demonstrated to enhance law enforcement personnel’s ability to adapt to and navigate culturally diverse environments and de-escalate situations while maintaining strong tactical awareness. It places stranger encounters in a context that allows for simple steps – from the planning stage, to encounter and disengagement. It enhances self-awareness, analytical ability, situational awareness, de-escalation, and interactive and social skills. Upon completing the Tactical Social Interaction® Train-the-Trainer program, the student will be provided with content that can be used to deliver in-service training to their agency.
