This dataset includes information on all open certification cases assigned for investigation and all closed certification cases. Some data is subject to change as updates are made in our recently implemented case management system. Each row represents a certification case against a subject officer.
The last update to this database was on December 4, 2024. We are currently working with the vendor to resolve an issue where newer versions of this report are missing the names of subject officers. We will update the database as soon as the issue is resolved.
