Annual Summits

The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission hosts annual Law Enforcement Training and Community Safety Act (LETCSA) summits required per WAC 139-11-050.

The purpose of these summits is to:

  • provide an update regarding training and independent investigations to stakeholders and the public;
  • gather feedback and information from the public to use in future development of LETCSA training;
  • share experiences from those involved in the independent investigation process; and
  • have dialogue regarding the use of new processes.
