Parking Services Supervisor

If so, we would love to meet you! In this role, you’ll help to lead the charge in keeping our Downtown vibrant, safe, and easy to navigate. You’ll lead a dedicated team of field staff and be at the heart of downtown operations managing daily enforcement and collaborating across departments. What we’re looking for:  A proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing diverse team  Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive or high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy  Equity focused, committed to inclusive and fair practices that reflect Olympia’s community values  An ability to assess problems quickly, resolve conflicts, and support continuous operational improvements  Experience with parking, code enforcement, or field operations, including municipal regulations and technologies  Data-driven with experience in municipal budgeting and the ability to analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and make strategic decisions  Able to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment  Skilled at reviewing, updating, and modernizing operational policies and procedures This is more than a job.
