Police Sergeant

The Stillaguamish Police Department is seeking to hire, a well-qualified lateral candidate to fill an open sergeant position in our department. We offer a competitive starting salary of $110,675 with annual performance based step increases. We work a 4/10 schedule with 17 paid holidays per year. We offer a 401K retirement with 6% tribal match, medical, dental and vision benefits. All commissioned officers are assigned a take home vehicle. The Stillaguamish Police Department, as a tribal agency, with general duty authority, is an excellent opportunity for those officers recently retired from law enforcement to continue serving as a law enforcement officer for a tribal agency that will not interfere with LEOFF or WSPRS retirement systems and benefits. Candidates must have successfully completed a certified basic police academy and have a minimum of 10 years police experience and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
