THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STALKING

The Fundamentals of Stalking is an 8-hour course that provides law enforcement with a foundational understanding of stalking behaviors, offender tactics, and victim experiences. This course explores stalking definitions, common misconceptions, trauma-informed responses, and the impact of stalking on survivors to enhance law enforcement’s ability to recognize and respond effectively to stalking cases.

The Course Consist of the following topics:

  • Recognizing Stalking Behaviors
  • Trauma-Informed Response to Stalking
  • Overview of Stalking Laws
  • Initial Response to Stalking

This course is open to all law enforcement, regardless of rank/position.
