A wide variety of topics that engage participants and push their boundaries of growth and learning, magnifying their capacity to then influence those around them. These topics include leadership, mission and purpose, diversity and inclusion, resilience, respect, health and wellness, and positive psychology. A combination of various teaching methods are used to keep participants engaged and interested in the discussion that may include lecture, videos, group discussions, and interactive processes."
